Nice Dreams and Nasty Dreams and other stuff
I'm sitting in the living room, drinking orange juice watching 'Take it or leave it' on Challenge TV. I'm so bored. I've done well this week, kept myself busy and stuff. I've sorted a decent skin for my iPod, I don't want it to get scratched to fuck like my last one. I have bunged a load of shit on EBay in an attempt to clean-up my bedroom a bit and make a few pence - Mobile phone, iTrip accessories and my cousin's Tag Heuer watch (currently bidding at £500, woo).
I cleaned my car, inside and out and I have also been helping my dad out with his new business - I decorated the study and have generally been hauling desks and shifting paperwork from here to there and back again.
Dad bought another car off EBay so we took a road trip to lovely Peterborough the other week to pick it up.
He arranged for me to test-drive a Chrysler PT Cruiser last week, too. However, I shan't be buying, nor having any more to do with Cannock Automobiles again. I drove to Stafford, about ten miles up the road and all the way the steering was really dodgy. I assumed that the wheels had been knocked about a bit (it was a second-hand car) and the steering had been knocked out of alignment. I was wrong though, three out of the four tyres were actually completely flat. Not good. I managed to get to Tesco in Stafford to fill them up and we drove for a little longer until getting pulled over by a copper on a motorbike. Mr Fool at Cannock Automobiles had also neglected to inform us that you actually have to DISPLAY the tax plates when you're out test-driving. I had no idea, how was I supposed to know anyway? Idiot. I got told off by a police man for something I didn't even realise I'd done wrong. Pfft.
Cock-up's aside, the car was awesome. Once the tyres were full it drove wonderfully and I was amazed at the amount of space inside the vehicle. I have come to the decision that I really would like one for my next car, so I'm going to hold on to my savings in order to be able to afford it in a couple of years time.
That reminds me, I won £100 the other day on the Premium Bonds. I highly recommend that you invest in some, I've won a lot over the years.
Oh yes, I had a dead good dream the other night. Sun, sea and sex are always great factors of any dream! I woke up all lovely and stuff. I had a shit dream last night, though. Ritch and I went to a party on the outskirts of Stafford and he left me there with a bunch of people I didn't know, apart from one guy whom I used to know but don't really like anymore. I cried like a baby when I phoned Ritch and he said he wasn't going to pick me up. It's horrid waking up with bad memories. I'm glad i don't remember much else.
I went to see Spider-Man 3 on Tuesday night and, I must admit, I quite enjoyed it. The cinematography, in parts, was something to be desired, but the action scenes were brilliant. It certainly is very cheesy throughout. Peter Parker turns emo and all that, but it's kinda funny really. I'll probably go see it again next week.
I'm so bored now. Take it or Leave it is on for an hour, so I can't change channel yet. Not that I'd want to anyway, Catchphrase is on afterwards. I love Catchphrase.
I need to go back to Walsall to bring all my belongings back from halls, I'll do it next week. I think we're going to Alton Towers on Wednesday, that'll be cool.
I don't know when my University results will be available so I'm checking the website every day... every hour, actually. I'm so anxious.
I should really start to learn how to make this blog more pretty, you never know who reads these things.
In the mean time, YouTube will consume me.
